Return Policy
We hope you will like our flags but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return counting from the day when we shipped your package. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unused and sorted the same way as you got them. In return, you, the customer need to arrange & pay the shipment of our products back to us.
How to return
- Send the unused and sorted flags back to us on the address below. Don’t forget to include your invoice that was included in the original shipment.
- At the post office, ask for a proof of postage. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.
- You can expect to receive a refund within two weeks of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
